ONOMO Hotel is looking for a Porter to join our vibrant and dynamic team at ONOMO Waterfront!

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable first impression. You will greet and assist guests upon arrival, handle their luggage with care, and ensure that the lobby and forecourt areas are always clean and inviting. In addition, you will support hotel operations by collecting and distributing mail and parcels, managing guest vehicle parking, and responding promptly to guest inquiries.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival at the hotel.

Assist guests with luggage handling—unloading, transporting, and delivering luggage to guest rooms promptly and safely.

Safely park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in designated areas, ensuring proper handling at all times.

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the lobby, entrance, and forecourt areas.

Handle, collect, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.

Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Support other hotel departments and assist with additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications & Competencies required:

Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role is an advantage.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.

Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage safely.

Strong attention to detail and awareness of guest preferences.

Adaptable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
