ONOMO Kigali Hotel is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role is for a true sales hunter who will support the hotel’s sales growth by engaging and building relationships with emerging and mid-tier market segments. The Sales Executive will bring energy, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to daily sales activities, while contributing to a target-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Focus on new business development across diverse industries and market segments.
  • Actively seek out new corporate and travel trade clients for the hotel through face-to-face visits, cold calls, and on-site networking.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, travel agents, corporate clients, and government contacts.
  • Promote ONOMO’s brand and values through every client interaction and engagement.

Sales Calls & Visits

  • Conduct daily sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups with precision and enthusiasm.

Lead Conversion

  • Convert inquiries into bookings by following up promptly, negotiating rates, and offering compelling value propositions.

Reporting & Target Tracking

  • Maintain a sales pipeline and report weekly on visits, prospects, and conversions.
  • Track performance against monthly sales targets.

Collaboration

  • Support group bookings and coordinate with operations for seamless execution.
  • Work closely with the Front Office, Reservations, and F&B teams to ensure synergy and smooth handover of client needs and delivery of service.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with diverse client segments and supporting sales targets.
