We are looking for a passionate and goal-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Kigali. The role is responsible for leading the hotel’s strategic sales efforts by targeting high-value market segments – corporate individual, government, business groups/seminars, and leisure travellers – with a focus on revenue growth, relationship building, and market expansion. The Sales Manager will embody ONOMO’s culture of collaboration, excellence, and influence, while driving a high-performance, target-driven sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market mix data.
  • Drive new business acquisition across targeted industries and segments.
  • Lead daily sales activities including client visits, calls, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Host and coordinate impactful events, seminars, and client activations at the hotel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, revenue, and operations teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals, contracts, and client communications.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Represent ONOMO at trade shows, expos, and networking forums to build brand visibility.


Qualifications & Competencies Required:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel sales experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing diverse market segments and achieving sales targets.
