Key Responsibilities include:

• Guest Service: Greet and assist guests, providing friendly and attentive service to ensure a great dining experience.

• Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations, and answering any questions guests may have.

• Order Management: Take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their visit.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that tables are set and ready for guests.

• Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash, and ensure a balanced till throughout the shift.

Qualifications and Competencies required:

• Experience: Previous experience in a waiter or similar role is preferred

• Great Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing excellent service.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
