ONOMO Hotel Inn on the Square is looking for a dedicated Porter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable first impression. You will greet and assist guests upon arrival, handle their luggage with care, and ensure that the lobby and forecourt areas addition, you will support hotel operations by collecting and distributing mail and parcels, mare always clean and inviting. In managing guest vehicle parking and responding promptly to guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival at the hotel.

• Assist guests with luggage handling—unloading, transporting, and delivering luggage to guest rooms promptly and safely.

• Safely park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in designated areas, ensuring proper handling at all times.

• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the lobby, entrance, and forecourt areas.

• Handle, collect, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.

• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

• Support other hotel departments and assist with additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Competencies required:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role is an advantage.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.

• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage safely.

• Strong attention to detail and awareness of guest preferences.

• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

As a sculler , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen. Your attention to detail, commitment to hygiene standards, and support for the kitchen staff will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchen areas by washing dishes, utensils , and equipment.

• Ensure that the kitchen areas meet high hygiene standards and safety standards, keeping spaces ready for food preparation at all times.

• Assist kitchen staff by responding promptly to their requests and maintaining an efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Competencies:

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring rooms and public areas are kept clean and hygienic daily.

• Tidying rooms, ensuring offices are kept clean , clearing trash and cleaning bathrooms

• Delivering prompt and courteous service to guests , responding to their requests efficiently while respecting their privacy.

• Working with various hotel departments , especially Front Office to ensure seamless service.

• Maintaining open communication with management for feedback and tasks.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment (2-3 years).

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

• Discreet and respectful of guest privacy and needs
