We are seeking a skilled Cluster Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across our three Cape Town properties: ONOMO Waterfront, ONOMO Foreshore, and ONOMO Inn on the Square.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping the financial strategy of our vibrant and growing hotel cluster.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the finance function across three hotels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with compliance standards.
• Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and financial risks.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Partner with General Managers and Heads of Department to support strategic decision-making and optimize profitability.
• Lead and develop finance teams at each property, ensuring best practices across the cluster.

Qualifications and Competencies required:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of financial management experience (hospitality sector preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage financial teams.
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and hotel management software.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate financial objectives.
