If you have 2 to 5 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor in the hotel industry, are well-organized, deadline driven, and take pride in high service standards , we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence

• Supports the Rooms Division Manager and coordinates all activities of the housekeeping staff.

• Oversee staff on daily operations

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.

• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job

• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock and represents the Housekeeper by the quality of service provided and by exemplary behaviour.

• Compile departmental budgets with clear understanding of operational finances

• Contributes to the smooth running of the guest’s stay

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of experience within the hotel industry in a supervisory housekeeping role.

• Proficient in IT Packages such as Opera and Microsoft Office

• Meticulous, systematic and well organized

• Strong communication skills
