ONOMO Hotels is looking for a bold, high-energy Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team in Gauteng. This role is made for a true corporate hunter — someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, converting cold leads into loyal clients, and building sustainable business in the corporate and TMC segments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Actively seek and convert new corporate clients and TMCs across Johannesburg and the greater Gauteng region.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate sector.
  • Convert qualified leads into bookings through proactive outreach, presentations, site visits, and impactful follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on the local business landscape, competitor activity, and emerging corporate travel trends to fine-tune your strategy.
  • Track and report on your activity, lead funnel, and conversion success in line with monthly performance goals.
  • Work closely with the team, including Reservations, Front Office, and Revenue Management, to ensure smooth handovers and top-tier service delivery.

Qualifications and Competencies :

  • Minimum 3–5 years in hotel sales, with a strong corporate or TMC client base in Gauteng.
  • Proven success in converting new business leads into long-term clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and relentlessly proactive.
  • Polished presentation and negotiation skills. You know how to get in the door — and stay top of mind.
  • Deep understanding of the Gauteng corporate travel market and a solid network of decision-makers.
