Under the management of the Group Head of Sales, you drive our hotels' business growth in the region. You will not only manage the hotels' sales team, you will also organise everyone's roles to create winning strategies, and making sure every opportunity turns into success.
You'll be based regionally, regularly traveling to your markets, connecting deeply with local teams and stakeholders.
More specifically, your role will be:
- Inspire and energize a dynamic sales team across multiple hotels.
- Directly handle and manage the hotel(s)’ corporate sales, based on the region’s needs and organization,
- Craft and execute smart, ambitious sales strategies aligned with regional targets.
- Build a motivated, results-driven sales culture.
- Spot and capture new opportunities to boost revenues.
- Develop lasting partnerships with key corporate and industry stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and celebrate every win together.
Required Skills and Background:
- 7+ years of impactful sales leadership.
- Proven track record in managing teams across different locations.
- Experience in hospitality preferred, but passion and skill from sectors like retail or services highly valued.
