We are a Pan African lifestyle brand known for providing exceptional hospitality experience, and we are looking for an experienced Commis Chef to ensure that all necessary preparations and arrangements are done in advance for smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Preparation & Mise en Place: Assist in preparing ingredients, such as peeling and cutting vegetables, preparing sauces, and getting everything ready before service.

Cooking Simple Dishes: Under the supervision of the Head Chef, prepare basic dishes like starters, soups, and desserts.

Plating & Service: Arrange dishes on plates and pass them to front-of-house staff for delivery.

Kitchen Cleanliness: Take responsibility for tidying up the kitchen after service, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.



Qualification and competencies required:

Basic Kitchen Knowledge: A good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

Culinary Interest: Enthusiastic about learning and working with Afro-Fusion cuisine, contributing to creative and innovative dishes.

Passionate & Eager to Learn: A genuine interest in culinary arts and a drive to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.

Attention to Detail: Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately for consistent, high-quality results.
