Specializing in lifestyle hotels, Onomo is a rapidly expanding pan-African hotel group.

Being both operator and investor, the group operates today 22 hotels in 13 countries across the continent. This network makes it one of leaders among hotel industry in Africa.

As Digital & Guest Experience Intern, your missions will be:

Marketing :

  • CRM, own the end-to-end process of sending newsletters:
  • source content from hotels & various stakeholders
  • create newsletters matching Onomo’s editorial lines
  • send out newsletters, analyze their performance and suggest recommendations based on them
  • Website & apps: update website content on Onomo’s CMS (articles, hotel descriptions etc.), Update Onomo’s apps to keep guest apps up to date
  • Events: Assistance in the realization of events and marketing supports to promote the events 
  • Involvement on adhoc marketing projects (test of new campaigns & solutions etc.)

Guest Experience :

  • Monitor & Improve guest journey through dedicated tools
  • Coordinate operations & trainings with hotels 
  • Animate the OnomoFans base & report on its performance (growth, repeat etc.)

Qualifications and Competencies required:

  • You are preparing or hold a diploma from a business school in marketing & sales
  • You have a strong ability to work in teams on project requiring rigor, dynamism and versatility. You will need to demonstrate great analytical skills and autonomy. 
  • You are eager to learn and have a can-do attitude
  • You have a good command of English and office tools (power point, excel, word…)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Duration: 6 months minimum
