Job Summary

ONOMO Hotels is seeking a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, supervise handymen, and collaborate with other department heads to uphold the highest operational standard.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across the hotel.

• Supervise, guide, and support a team of handymen.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.

• Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules.

• Ensure proper use, storage, and availability of tools and equipment.

• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and reorder as needed.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

• Manage pest control, recycling, and other facility-related compliance tasks.

• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to support smooth operations.

• Respond promptly to urgent repair requests and maintenance needs.



Qualifications and Competencies required:

· Electrical knowledge, including generators and HVAC systems.

· Plumbing expertise, covering water tanks and purification plants.

· Understanding of latent defects and related maintenance protocols. Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Oversight of pest control, hygiene, and recycling practices.

· Familiarity with mandatory compliance certifications and services.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Proficiency in computer applications such as email and MS Office.
