Join Onomo Hotels as an Executive Housekeeper!

We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Executive Housekeeper to become a key member of our ONOMO Inn on the Square Housekeeping team.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Executive Housekeeper will lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping Department. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team

• Ensure rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness standards

• Train, schedule, and develop housekeeping staff

• Participate in the recruitment and selection of housekeeping team member.

• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment

• Collaborate with other departments to support guest needs

• Prepare departmental budgets and manage costs effectively

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and ONOMO procedures

Qualifications and Competencies required:

• Experienced (2–5 years) in a similar hotel housekeeping leadership role

• Tech-savvy with experience in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office

• Financially literate with experience in budget planning and reporting

• Highly Organized , detail oriented and systematic

• A strong team leader with clear and effective communication
