Key Responsibilities include:

• Menu Development: Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop the drink menu, focusing on creativity and quality offerings.

• Inventory & Cost Control: Manage the bar’s inventory, ensuring cost control, and tracking supplies effectively.

• Sales Campaigns: Work with the Restaurant Manager to implement sales campaigns to boost beverage sales.

• Cocktail & Drink Creation: Create new, innovative cocktails while keeping up-to-date with trends in the industry.

• Guest Engagement: Build rapport with customers by offering tailored drink recommendations, enhancing their overall experience.

• Bar Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area.

• Cash Management: Handle cash, process payments, and ensure a balanced till throughout your shift.

• Teamwork: Support colleagues to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Competencies required:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barman or in a similar role in a hotel environment.

• Creativity & Passion: A strong creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences with drinks.

• Extensive Drink Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.

• Communication Skills Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers, offering tailored drink suggestions.

• Bar Management: Ability to manage the bar’s organization and ensure efficient operations.

• Cash Handling: Proficient in handling cash and ensuring financial accuracy.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with your team to ensure excellent service.
