As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and profitability. You will lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional service while maximizing revenue opportunities. You will be working closely with the sister hotels team, under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the hotel operations team, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services, ensuring recruitment, training, and performance management are conducted effectively.
- Uphold high standards of service and address guest concerns promptly to maintain exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards exceed expectations.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and control to optimize resources and minimize waste.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional development and team growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive room sales, maximize occupancy rates, and enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling hotel services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Assistant GM or a Hotel Manager .
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in Opera, and Micros.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric attitude.
- ability to thrive under pressure.
