Assistant Front Office Manager | Reservationist | Receptionist

📍 Location: ONOMO Hotel Sandton, Johannesburg

Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences? ONOMO Hotel Sandton is looking for vibrant, service-driven individuals to join our Front Office team! If hospitality is in your DNA and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

1. Assistant Front Office Manager

As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager in leading the reception team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and upholding exceptional service standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team

2. Reservationist

As a Reservationist, you’ll be the first point of contact for future guests. Your efficiency, accuracy, and warm customer service will help convert enquiries into bookings.

What You’ll Need:

• Prior experience in hotel reservations or a front office environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with booking platforms and PMS systems
• Friendly, professional phone and email etiquette

3. Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of ONOMO Hotel Sandton—welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, managing check-ins/outs, and ensuring every guest feels right at home.

What You’ll Need:

• A positive attitude and passion for guest service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to multitask
• Previous hotel front desk experience (advantageous but not required)
