ONOMO Kigali is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead the property's strategic and operational direction. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a strong business mind, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in driving top-line growth and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic leadership to all departments with a strong focus on revenue generation, profitability, and market share growth.
• Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) including RevPAR, ADR, GOP, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies, including sales, marketing, and distribution initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards and guest experience excellence are maintained across all touchpoints.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse and motivated team aligned with ONOMO’s values and performance culture.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including government and corporate clients, partners, and local authorities

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a senior hotel leadership role in a similar urban environment.
• Strong background in sales, revenue management, and financial performance.
• Entrepreneurial, performance-oriented mindset with the ability to lead in dynamic markets.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Kinyarwanda will be a strong advantage.
• Experience in the African hospitality landscape is preferred
