Responsibility
As Group Head of Sales, you’re the powerhouse behind revenue growth in our corporate-driven ecosystem. You’ll be the driving force structuring and leading our sales efforts across 20+ hotels in 13+ countries. Your priority will be to bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to your team.
You’ll oversee negotiated revenue, groups, and MICE segments—building a solid foundation for long-term growth. With a focus on execution, team development, and operational discipline, you’ll help position our hotels as a top choice for business travel in Africa.
Your responsibilities will entail:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across 20+ hotels in 13+ countries.
- Define and execute with your team, a bold sales strategy aligned with our revenue ambitions.
- Build and enforce a structured, performance-driven sales environment.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities into tangible topline results.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key corporate and industry partners.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and upskilling within your team.

Profile
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Leadership experience is a must: having managed sales teams across multiple properties or points of sales.
- Hospitality background is a plus, but we also welcome seasoned sales professionals from dynamic sectors like retail or services.
- You thrive on building structure and developing functions into high-performing engines.
- You’re passionate about growing people, closing deals, and celebrating wins as a team.
- You love sharing your expertise while staying curious and learning from the diverse cultures and stakeholders you'll engage with.

- Location: Based at the group’s headquarters in Casablanca, with regular interaction across all markets
- Collaboration: Cross-functional role working closely with distribution, marketing, revenue, and operations teams
- Expected travel across key African markets, approximately 40% of the time
