Key Responsibilities Include:
• Welcome Guests: Greet guests with attentiveness, interest, and the signature “ONOMO” smile.
• Provide Efficient Service: Ensure smooth and friendly service, always available and courteous.
• Build Customer Loyalty: Foster guest loyalty through warm and personal interactions.
• Anticipate Needs: Respond promptly to guest requests and inform management of any issues.
• Multitasking: Handle reception duties, cash register and the switchboard
• Manage Calls: Take messages and manage incoming calls efficiently.
• Reservations & Check-ins: Log reservations and execute check-in/check-outs in line with hotel procedures
• Communicate Information: Inform guests about their stay , available services and schedules.
• Collaborate with other Departments: Alert relevant teams about guests concerns
Qualifications and Competencies:
• At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist
• Customer oriented mindset
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to Multitask
• A desire to contribute to a positive hotel experience and build customer loyalty.
