As we expand our footprint in Zimbabwe and Nigeria, we are seeking two skilled Hotel Financial Managers to oversee financial operations—one based in Abuja and one in Harare. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the financial strategy of our dynamic and growing hotels.

Key Responsibilities include:
·Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
·Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost analysis reports.
·Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
·Implement measures to control costs and maximize revenue.
·Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
·Monitor cash flow, oversee capital expenditure, and manage financial risk.
·Work closely with General Manager, department heads, and leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications and Competencies required:
·Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
·Minimum 3+ years of experience in hotel financial management.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
·Leadership experience with the ability to manage financial teams.
·Proficiency in financial reporting systems and hotel management software.
·Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate financial objectives.
