Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Manager to oversee all maintenance and technical operations within the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper functioning of all equipment, infrastructure, and systems while optimizing energy efficiency and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all technical and maintenance operations.
- Ensure the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team.
- Oversee repairs, renovations, and external contractor work when necessary.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Experience in energy management and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
