Under the supervision of HR management, you will participate in the design and implementation of major HR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to designing the internal communication strategy, particularly as part of the overhaul of group values
  • Assist in the implementation of training and skills development programs.
  • Collaborate on internal communication and management of social relations.
  • Recruitment management: drafting and disseminating job offers, sorting CVs, organizing interviews.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes: optimization proposals, participation in continuous improvement projects.
  • Help with HR events organisation

Education & Competencies:

  • Specialized Diploma in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Proficiency in IT and Social Networks
