Under the supervision of HR management, you will participate in the design and implementation of major HR projects.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to designing the internal communication strategy, particularly as part of the overhaul of group values
- Assist in the implementation of training and skills development programs.
- Collaborate on internal communication and management of social relations.
- Recruitment management: drafting and disseminating job offers, sorting CVs, organizing interviews.
- Contribute to improving HR processes: optimization proposals, participation in continuous improvement projects.
- Help with HR events organisation
Education & Competencies:
- Specialized Diploma in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in French and English
- Proficiency in IT and Social Networks
