Join Onomo Hotels as an Assistant Front Office Manager!
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to become a key member of our ONOMO Sandton Front Office team.
In this role, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll supervise the front office team, address guest concerns, and collaborate closely with various hotel departments to maintain smooth operations and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
•Provide an outstanding guest experience from the moment they walk through the door, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
•Supervise the front desk staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
•Take charge of situations and provide solutions to any guest concerns or requests.
•Assist in all hotel departments when necessary , ensuring seamless operations across the property.
•Support the Front Office Manager with day- to-day operations and administrative duties.
•You are well organized and provide service of a high quality.
•Adhere to internal procedures and maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications and Competencies required:
•Proven experience in front Office operations , with at least 2-5 Years experience in reception or Front Office Assistant/ Supervisor role.
•Strong leadership skills and can supervise and motivate a team
•Organized, proactive and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Adaptable and willing to assist in other areas of the hotel.
