Join Onomo Hotels as an Assistant Front Office Manager!

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Foreshore team. The Assistant Front Office Manager assists in managing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in o check-out. Supervise the front office team, resolve guest concerns and collaborate with various hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Provide an outstanding guest experience from the moment they walk through the door, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Supervise the front desk staff, ensuring smooth and eff8icient operations.

Take charge of situations and provide solutions to any guest concerns or requests.

Assist in all hotel departments when necessary, ensuring seamless operations across the property.

Support the Front Office Manager with day- to-day operations and administrative duties.

You are well organized and provide service of a high quality

Adhere to internal procedures and maintain high standards of service.


Qualifications and Competencies required:

Proven experience in front Office operations , with at least 2-5 eras experience in reception or Front Office Assistant/ Supervisor role.

Strong leadership skills and can supervise and motivate a team

Organized, proactive and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable and willing to assist in other areas of the hotel.
