Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at ONOMO Hotels! If you have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hotel industry, well organized, deadline driven and highly passionate about providing excellent service to guests, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the housekeeping team
  • Supports the Rooms Division Manager and coordinates all activities of the housekeeping staff.
  • Oversee staff on daily operations
  • Check rooms and common areas, including lounge area for cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock and represents the Housekeeper by the quality of service provided and by exemplary behaviour.
  • Compile departmental budgets with clear understanding of operational finances
  • Contributes to the smooth running of the guest’s stay


Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience within the hotel industry
  • Proficient in IT Packages such as Opera and Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, systematic and well organized
  • Strong communication skills.
