Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at ONOMO Hotels! If you have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hotel industry, well organized, deadline driven and highly passionate about providing excellent service to guests, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervising the housekeeping team
- Supports the Rooms Division Manager and coordinates all activities of the housekeeping staff.
- Oversee staff on daily operations
- Check rooms and common areas, including lounge area for cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock and represents the Housekeeper by the quality of service provided and by exemplary behaviour.
- Compile departmental budgets with clear understanding of operational finances
- Contributes to the smooth running of the guest’s stay
Qualifications and Competencies:
- 2 to 5 years of experience within the hotel industry
- Proficient in IT Packages such as Opera and Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, systematic and well organized
- Strong communication skills.
