The Mission:

Onomo Durban is looking for a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The front Office Supervisor reports directly to the Front office Manager and work closely with them to assisting in managing the daily operations of the front office, supervise the front office staff, and ensure a high level of service. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth and efficient guest check-ins, check-outs and overall guest experience. 


Key Responsibilities Include:

Guest Experience: Creating memorable and positive moments, managing various situations with ease

Leadership & Teamwork: Supervising and motivate staff, while fostering a collaborative and proactive team environment.

Versatility: Assist across different hotel departments, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to pitch where necessary.

Shift Flexibility: Be open to work different shifts, including night shifts, as required for the role

High Standards: Maintain high level of organization and service excellence, ensuring adherence to company procedures and values.


Qualification and Competencies required:

2-5 years' experience as a receptionist or currently working in a Front Office assistant/ supervisor position.

Experience in reservation and night audits will be a bonus.

Have strong Front Office or guest relations background 

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on a fast paced and customer focused environment

Strong leadership skills.
