Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our General Managers (GMs) and Heads of Departments (HODs) in managing people-related matters within our hotels. As a strategic partner, you will play a key role in implementing our HR strategy and fostering a healthy, engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support and Guidance: Supports the GMs and HODs in the hotels in all HR and people management-related matters.
  • HR Strategy Execution and Workforce Planning: Executes the HR strategy in the hotels and is responsible for HR workforce planning.
  • Talent Management and Skill Development: Responsible for the implementation of professional talent management, advising on career and succession planning, and identifying skill gaps and development needs.
  • Performance Management: Executes the performance management cycle and, if needed, supports managers in the target setting and feedback process.
  • Change Management and Communication: Acts as a change agent to support organizational change and is responsible for cascading internal communication to the region/hotels.
  • Legal Support and Transfers: Supports and coordinates internal co-determination, labor law matters, and reassignments/transfers.
  • Employee Engagement and Work Climate: Collaborates with leaders to safeguard a healthy work climate and high employee engagement.
  • Recruitment Support: Advises on recruitment decisions and supports leadership in the internal and external recruitment for key positions, ensuring the selection of the right candidate.
  • Monitoring and Reporting of HR KPIs: Actively monitors and reports defined HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Employee Representatives Contact: Serves as a key contact for employee representatives.
  • Vendor and Partner Negotiations: Negotiates with regional vendors, partners, etc., to ensure cost-effective solutions and beneficial relationships.
  • HR Budget Management: Oversees the authorized regional HR budget, including expenditures in HR, Learning, and Recruitment.
  • Process Control: Plays an important role in ensuring the correct execution of all group processes.

Desired Profile:

  • Significant experience as an HRBP or in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality sector or a multi-site organization.
  • Strong skills in change management, talent development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results to track and improve HR indicators.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and negotiate with external partners.
